Shawn Carrington
VP of Property Management
After 13 successful years in commercial real estate as a retail leasing specialist, Shawn transitioned into residential property management, joining a busy firm in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she served as Director of Leasing and Marketing for three years.
Licensed in Virginia since 2007, Shawn brings extensive industry experience spanning both commercial and residential real estate. She now serves as Vice President of Property Management for Live Property Management, overseeing residential portfolios and day-to-day operations throughout the Richmond region.
Shawn is known for her strong leasing performance, strategic marketing insight, and highly client-focused approach. Her deep understanding of local rental trends, property positioning, and customer service allows her to deliver responsive, results-driven management for both owners and residents.
As the daughter of a foreign serviceman, Shawn grew up in Alexandria, Virginia; Boston, Massachusetts; and Brussels, Belgium. She later returned to Virginia to attend the University of Mary Washington, where she raised her three boys. Shawn now resides in Alexandria, Virginia, and continues to serve clients throughout Central and Northern Virginia.
