Shawn Carrington
VP of Property Management
After 13 successful years in Commercial real estate as a retail leasing specialist, Shawn made a significant career change and joined a busy residential Property Management firm in Fredericksburg VA where she served as director of Leasing and Marketing for 3 years. After years as an expert in the Fredericksburg Market she has since moved to the Richmond area to manage residential properties as the VP of property management for Live Property Management. Shawn takes pride in her understanding of the unique properties in the Richmond area, the local markets, and the distinct local lifestyle.
She works hard to share this expertise with our clients. In addition to practicing full time Real Estate Property Management, Shawn is an avid runner and serves as the Director of the Grand Prix Racing series in Fredericksburg, VA. As the daughter of a foreign Serviceman, Shawn grew up all over, residing in Alexandria VA, Boston MA, and Brussels, Belgium. She finally moved to Virginia permanently to attend the University of Mary Washington where she stayed and raised 3 boys. Shawn now lives in Doswell VA with her partner and their two dogs and cats.
